Can you make a disc image directly from a disc to your hard drive using ImgBurn?

Depends. If you mean creating an ISO image from files stored on a CD/DVD, then yes. If you mean reading a disk sector by sector (a la ISO READ), then no.

if you're talking about reading a commercial dvd then the answer is no IMGburn WILL NOT read anything that has copy protection on it
