CristobalH96 Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 hello, I tell my problem, since last year I have this problem, I lost a lot of dvds verbatim and Imation, first, buy a new optical drive for my notebook, slim type, the HP brand, was still the problem, then format the computer, thinking it was the problem of some dll or some corrupt file, and still remains the problem, I'm desperate not know what else to do, try to disable the imapi service but in windows 7 does not exist, just as dll and not me leaves off, any help please ?, thanks in advance
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Post the log of you burning a verbatim disc please. Btw, slimline drives do not make for good burners.
