Hi,

I'm trying to burn a 4 track EP for my band using a cue file for CDText. It all seems ok but when I play it in a car stereo it comes up with the wrong track and album name. Track names display as Track01, Track02 etc and the album name is displayed as the track name I provided!

Is there something wrong with my cue file?

TITLE "NTMA"
PERFORMER "DROGO"
FILE "01 Past Forgotten.wav" WAVE
REM FILE-DECODED-SIZE 02:52:38
  TRACK 01 AUDIO
    PREGAP 00:02:00
    TITLE "Past Forgotten"
    PERFORMER "DROGO"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "02 Never Take Me Alive.wav" WAVE
REM FILE-DECODED-SIZE 04:24:00
  TRACK 02 AUDIO
    PREGAP 00:02:00
    TITLE "Never Take Me Alive"
    PERFORMER "DROGO"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "03 Weightless.wav" WAVE
REM FILE-DECODED-SIZE 03:55:36
  TRACK 03 AUDIO
    PREGAP 00:02:00
    TITLE "Weightless"
    PERFORMER "DROGO"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "04 There Is Always A Light.wav" WAVE
REM FILE-DECODED-SIZE 06:09:74
  TRACK 04 AUDIO
    PREGAP 00:02:00
TITLE "There Is Always A Light"
    PERFORMER "DROGO"
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

Please help!

That looks ok to me. Maybe the CD player is at fault?

Put the disc back in the drive, go into Read mode and click the 'Media Information' button in the Source box. See what it lists for the CD-TEXT.

I'm confident it's not the CD player as it happens on a number of different players. Stereo output looks like this:

Below is the output for Media Information. Does everything seem normal here? Could it be the CD's I'm burning onto? They're just regular CD-Rs.
