how to burn a password reset disk with usb

I forgot my login password of windows 10 and need to make a password reset disk. How to do this with Imgburn?

 

P.S. solve the problem by follow this tutorial. Make sure format the USB to FAT 32 or the disk can't be recognized on Windows 8/10/
