RonASA Posted October 8, 2016 Share Posted October 8, 2016 I recently burned some files on to a DVD and the speed was incredibly slow. On Nero this usually takes about 4-5 minutes but this took the best part of 30 minutes to do. I can't find any way to speed up the disk writing process. Am I missing something? How do you change the writing speed on ImgBurn? Why is ImgBurn so user unfriendly? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 8, 2016 Share Posted October 8, 2016 Each to their own. If you don't like ImgBurn or the way it does things, you can choose not to use it. The write speed option is right the on the front screen for most program modes. If you're in build mode, it's located on the device tab. There's no reason for it to take ages to burn, the drive controls the write speed and by default, ImgBurn instructs it to burn at max speed.
