thebigm Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Every now and then I have problems with BD-R dl (Ridata) discs. I have an Asus bw-14d1xt. When the "failed to write lead in" appears, Imgburn freezes and I have to reboot (taskmaster won't fix it). If after a reboot I burn a BD-R single layer (Verbatim), I can then proceed to burn many more dl's. Maybe the burner gets flushed, anyway it seems to work for months afterwards. B.T.W. Imgburn is all I use.
Ch3vr0n Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Your problem isn't your burner, it's your crappy blank disc brand. Sent from my Nexus 7 (2013) with Tapatalk
