I would like to burn an ISO file to a USB flash drive.

When I bring up ImgBurn I am getting an error about the CD drive.  I don't have a CD drive attached to this Laptop.

In the Destination It's showing "No devices detected".  I do have the USB flash drive plugged in and I can view it via Explorer in Win7.

How can I get ImgBurn to recognize it as a Destination?

You can't 'burn' an ISO file to a USB flash drive. A flash drive isn't an optical drive which is the only thing imgburn works with. Just use build mode to create the ISO (files & folders to ISO), then use Windows explorer to copy the ISO to the flash drive.
