Power calibration error and I/O error?

im just gonna say im a noob when it comes to imgburn, and i may need some help. when i tried burning a CD-R, the program shot out an error as it is stated:

I/O Error!

Interpretation: Check Condition

if anyone can tells me what this means, and how i can fix it, it'd help me alot. i will also include the log file. in case that would help.

Your drive seems to be having trouble writing to those discs.

 

Try burning at 8x instead of 24x.

 

Try different discs.

 

Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc.
