LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 20, 2017 Posted October 20, 2017 Right click the drive selection box and pick 'family tree'. Close the prompt that comes up and then copy and paste everything from the log window please.

I need to connect this new burner to 6GB/s port. I have burned bluray BD-R disc successfully.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 The speed of the port isn't important but the controller it's connected to can make a big difference. As yours would blocking the actual error (hence 'no additional sense info'), it must have been on one that it wasn't really compatible with. The 'Family Tree' info I asked for would have told me which one it was on.
