Imageburn don't burn,even start

Hi, In the past ,in my country was possible to get DVDR+DL Verbatim, and didn't have any trouble, with Imageburn for to burn images of movies or whatever was necessary.,as time go Verbatim was more hard to get, and used another brands,and with luck I can burn and get job done.

Recently I updated to Windows 10, buyed a new drive and tried to burn an image with no success, didn't get Verbatim definitively there is not avalaible in my country, and bought Sony .,yet the Imageburn read ok,but didn't start to write in the disc,I don't know what is the cause of this. Maybe you can help me.

From this point ,the program freezes and have to close , the drive is new brand recently buyed, and I don't believe that only me have this trouble.

Hope you can understand my broken english ,because isn't my mother tongue, and can help me.

Can you burn other discs?

 

Perhaps try enabling the 'Perform OPC Before Write' option in the settings and give it another go.

 

It's a shame you can't get the recommended MKM-003-00 MID Verbatim discs.

First to thank you for the rapid answer, I did that and ,voila , Imageburn, starts to burn, and begin the work  that have delayed.
