Data Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 (edited) I had some failed burns. This might sound like nonsense but.. I have seen bad iso files. To correct this problem, I extract the .iso then recreate a new .iso with Imgburn, then burn the disc with Imgburn. The burn is a success. I don't know if this will help anyone else but worth knowing i think. Edited January 3, 2018 by Data
LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 That absolutely shouldn't be possible... to have a bad ISO I mean... to the point where the drive fails to burn it. Data is just data, the drive doesn't know or care, it's just 1's and 0's.
Data Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 I know it sounds absurd but I’m telling you it happens. I even sacrificed a couple discs to test the theory..
