My files wont show up

Hello I'm very new to disc burning...  I know I have xbox game downloads saved to a folder.  When I use img burn none of my files will show up.   These are downloaded xbox games from the iso zone.  Do I need to format them a certain way.  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ??

Are they compressed in zip/rar format or similar?

 

Extract them so you actually have an ISO image file and then burn it in Write mode.
