timmyleeturner Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 I have searched, studied and attempted to set IMGBurn as the default in windows 10 for months to open when a blank Media is inserted and cannot find a way to do it. Any clues? Is it possible? I'm pretty sure it used to work, but I guess a Windows Update messed it up at some point.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 Check the autoplay settings within control panel. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-windvd-winpc/automatically-starting-dvds-in-windows-10/49cb607c-f93d-402d-a46c-59715cca8f36
timmyleeturner Posted October 16, 2018 Author Posted October 16, 2018 Doesn't help, only offers to open Windows default burner.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 Try running the program once as admin and then close it down. Maybe then it'll be available as an option.
