teedoubleyou Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Hey, I'm burning a DL DVD+R (on Verbatim media). When ImgBurner brings up the box suggesting a LB location, it supplied 4 different options -- all with the same sector address and the same 50/50 location. The only difference being the PGC Location. 3 of these were "Good", and 1 was "Very Good" -- I went with the Very Good choice, but I was wondering why the program gave me 4 choices, all with the same sector address but in different PGCs? Thanks in advance.
blutach Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Welcome to ImgBurn Forum! The cell is obviously repeated in different PGCs. Since the LB occurs at the end of a cell (ie at a physical point like a cell boundary and not a logical one like a PGC), it is quite feasible that the same cell is represented many times. However, it represents the same physical position in each of the 4 cases. The Very Good choice pertains to its quality wrt to that PGC. The others do not satisfy the same criteria in their PGCs but of course, the break is at the same spot. I hope this rubbish I am writing makes some sense. Regards
teedoubleyou Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 Fantastic reply. That makes perfect sense! In this case, the respective Cell was used in a "Play All" mode, an "Episodes" mode, a custom playlist AND a random selector. Therefore it would have appeared in all these locations. Thanks for your prompt reply.
blutach Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Sounds like Little Britain - same thing happened on that one. Regards
lfcrule1972 Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 I love Little Britain - we went to see the Stage show live earlier this year, very funny !
