Custom naming for batch ripping

I've got a large collection of DVD-Rs that I need to create .iso files for.  I'm using a Nimbie.  Is there a custom naming option for the .iso files (rather than using the DVD title) as the name?  I'd like to have the .iso files numbered sequentially as they rip.  Is this possible?
