How do you make a ISO File Out of a Windows XP 64 Bit Disc?

I was looking for a thread on this, but my search is coming up empty. I'm looking for directions on how to make an ISO file that I can use in a virtual hard drive on a Windows 10 Machine. I purchased an old copy of a Windows XP 64 Bit Install Disc with a license, but my new Windows 10 machine doesn't have a CD Player. So, I have to make an ISO file and save it to a cloud. I was told I could use ImageBurn to do that. Can someone direct me to a page with the directions for doing this? I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks!
