Downloading again; having a problem

I had to reset my computer, during which it dropped IMGBurn out of the system. I have been trying to reload it, but not having any luck. On the home page, I click on "Download". It takes me to another page, but I see nothing there to click on to facilitate the download. I use IMGBurn a lot; what am I doing wrong?

There is a Download section on the blue bar at the top. Probably you clicked on some add from the front page.
