Imgburn wont skip fat file before burning

So im trying to burn a .cue file on my cd-r & when i click the file it opens imgburn ( the normal stuff ) But then it says disc isnt empty. So i open the discs folder but its empty. I did some research & the disc has a fat file in it witch is basically the code for the disc. But when i format it it doesnt go away so i cant burn the file because it says its not empty. It should skip this file but it doesnt. HELP!

Put a new blank disc in the drive and don’t touch it with anything other than ImgBurn. It’ll do what it needs to do in order to use it.
