Correct method of burning PlayStation files on CD-R?

This is a continuation of a slightly older post of time after I decided to get a better DVD/CD burner and use CMC Pro by TY discs. As the title implies I'm wondering if I'm burning both Track 1 and Track 2 .bin files via a .cue file incorrectly as I still get 24 Sector Errors, it also has me thinking if the CD is just automatically getting burnt in the red book standard as opposed to yellow book and I just overlooked that. I saw an older post here where the user stated he merged both track files of SoTN (the same game I'm trying to burn, PAL as well) and that worked for him.

Regarding hardware, I doubt that CMC Pro by TY discs is gonna create issues compared to Verbatim discs, but there still are wobble and whining sounds which I expect from a CD-R (especially a 700MB one) but with a much better quality disc and burner I would at least expect something readable, therefore I do believe I'm burning it wrong.

Included log as a .txt file if there's something I missed

EDIT: Something interesting I noticed is neither of those .bin files from SoTN will play in an emulator (I'm using DuckStation), as a control I ripped my Syphon Filter disc and its .bin file plays flawlessly. those track files are 100% burning as CD-A's instead of CD-ROM's, question is how do I stop that from happening?
