dbminter Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 I would say the reason is the line that says Status: Incomplete. I can't say what the cause of that reason is, though. It's almost as if the disc was attempted to be written to already and didn't finish. Which could be the result of that type of media not being well liked by your burner. I notice the Manufacturer ID seems to indicate a lower quality recordable DVD being used. Maybe a higher quality one like Verbatim DataLife Plus (NOT Life Series.) might work better.
alii Posted December 29, 2024 Author Posted December 29, 2024 Thx for your info but The thige is I tried other cd different brand still didn’t work thank for the help anyway
dbminter Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 Then, it most likely is your burner. You may need to try a different make or model. One thing I would try first, though, which would save you money if it works. Try changing the I/O Interface and see if a different one works better. Tools --> Settings --> I/O --> Page 1 --> Interface Try changing each one one at a time and see if the behavior improves. I recommend you close and reopen ImgBurn after each Interface change. I've been using SPTI - Microsoft, but the ElbyCDIO is also a popular choice that works for many.
