AaronX Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 The first time it was stuck at Writing LeadIn. Rebooted my computer and tried again. Writing LeadIn has no problem but now @ 100% it's stuck at Closing Track for the past 30mins! I didn't have any problem with the older versions. My drive is a BENQ DVD DD DW1620. polopony Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 I 17:13:37 Destination Media Type: DVD+R (Disc ID: MCC-003-00) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x, 8x, 12x) I 17:13:37 Write Speed: 10x this stands out in your post you have chosen 10x write speed a speed that isn't supported by the media (see first line above) I have never seen 10x as a supported speed ever on any media Have you checked that you're using the latest Firmware ? I believe these are 8X discs try burning at 8x and see what happens could also be a bad disc in the spindle
