Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format

i'm a newB and have been using IMGBURN for quite some time now w/o prob. using dvddecrypter + shrink. now w/ new spindle dvd+r (same as B4) am getting this message:

yep use verbatim or taiyo yuden and theres a firmware update for your drive here http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2030
