ECZ3 Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 I'm trying to copy a DVD and when I get to the final steps, after the DVD is loaded in the computer I can not find the burn device. I tried on laptop first, then desktop which already has a Nero progam and aSony DVD burner on it. What can I do? Please help.

What are all of the steps you've taken? If you have a log file please post it.

lfcrule1972 Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Sounds like it doesn't it polo, the log will help us find out for sure tho ECZ3 Altho you do mention a Nero program, have you ever burnt a DVD on this drive before ?
