selecting images

it seems i can not get my ImgBurn software to work properly. Im not sure how to select the Image to Burn, as it said on the Guide on the ImgBurn site. If you could help me out i would appreciate it very much.

yea, but i still dont understand what needs to be places in the "Browse for a file" bar.
