gnowangerup Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Hi Guys I have been having a problem lately with only a couple of discs. I have a Pioneer DVR-108 Burner and for some unknown reason has been unable to read movie discs. I tried the Interpreter on Saturday and the anniversary disc of New Jack City and both disks can't or won't be read by my drive. These same disks can easily be read by my DVD Player at home ok but not on my computer. I did Batman and War of the Worlds and these were fine reading in my computer. For the past 6 months every other movie has been fine, could this be some sort of new protection??? Or could it be I need to udate my region?? DVD Decrypter says it is an uncompatible medium??? Hopefully you can help Thanks
lfcrule1972 Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 (edited) Uncompatible medium usually means your burner doesn't like the type or dye on the discs your using. I am a bit confused now - have you tried other discs ?? Edited November 21, 2005 by lfcrule1972
