How to edit an ISO file befor burning it?

I work for a gov. agency and we have many servers. When an ISO image is created, it often needs the settings.txt file to be edited and saved to change a servers IP. Is there a way imgburn can do this or is another progam required?

You need another program.

 

UltraIso, PowerIso etc should do the trick.
