Extracting audio from video?

Hi, I'm new here. And right away some questions.

So I obtained the P*nk Fl*yd reunion vid (wmv format) from L*ve 8 L*nd*n. My friend wants a cd of it. I never thought too much of that. Because I got like 30 or more PF albums. So how do I extract the audio? I've seen converting audio formats but not video to audio. Like into I guess to cda format? Looked on the net & here. Will ImgBurn do this? Do I need plugins or some other program(s)? And if so, which? Freeware would be nice. And a simple tutorial. Thanks.

try using virtualdub mpeg2.

load the file

click on file>Save WAV

this should extract the audio from the video
