vivek_dvd Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 in the 'Creating a single layer ISO on your hard drive using ImgBurn' guide i couldn't build an ISO 'coz i can't figure how to choose the distination folder for the ISO. would appreciate if i can get help on this. thanks.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 What do you see listed in the 'Destination' box? Drive names or is it just an empty white box? You can only select an ISO file name as the destination if the 'Output' is set to 'Image File' and not 'Device'. Once you're in 'Image File' output mode, just click the 'Browse' button and select a folder/file.

vivek_dvd Posted February 4, 2007 Author Posted February 4, 2007 i had read about a similar problem but i can't find that post. i deleted 4.35 GB from my harddisk but it doesn't reflect in free space on the drive. what do i do?
volvofl10 Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 have you emptied the recycle bin and if you use Norton , empty the Norton protected recycle bin ?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 by 'select', I meant type a name in for one - the same way you would do for any other 'Save As' dialog box. So you click 'Browse' and navigate to the drive/folder you want to store the image in. Then type in a name for it by the side of where it says 'File name' and click 'Save'. This is just normal windows stuff, nothing special.
lfcrule1972 Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 Erm - do you actually have the DVD files already on your PC or are you trying to use ImgBurn to rip them from a DVD which it can't do ?
