cool56 Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 I have made up 3 good DVDs. Now it will not work at all. Tried to update firmware on drive but it has the newest firmware installed. Tried installing on my 2nd computer with same results. Any help greatly appreciated. Here is copy of ImgBurn Log. Mmm ok I can't find the original post I read on this before, think it was at cdfreaks but from memory you need to go to the Dangerous Bros pages, here: http://tdb.rpc1.org/#DVR111D Then select the 1.06* firmware for your DVR-111D and flash it. Then from the same page above I think you select the 1.29 firmware for the DVR-111 and flash the drive again. I think it will then be a DVR-111 with Ram write capabilities You might want to search cdfreaks first tho as I am sure that is where I found the instructions and links to the fw kev.... Donta - to be honest the lightscribe's look shit and they take 30 minutes to do a decent quality image, it's so much easier to just print on the discs !
