Ability to convert MP3 audio to 5.1?

First please let me say that IMGburn is my fav. app. for burning.

 

 

I was wondering if this has been covered?

 

When I convert an .avi file to a dvd file(using a converter program) I notice the audio sometimes is listed as MP3 audio.

 

Is there any way to have the .iso file in IMGburn be a .iso movie file with 5.1 Dolby Digital audio?

 

Yeah I know its a dumb newb question but I was just wondering?

 

In other words an upmix from two chann. mp3 or two chann. Dolby Digital to 5.1 DD audio on the .iso file?

You'll need to author it that way to begin with. You can convert to AC3 with BeSweet/BeLight.
