E 00:15:00 Operation Failed! - Duration: 01:01:02 I 00:15:00 Average Write Rate: 3,187 KB/s (2.3x) - Maximum Write Rate: 3,360 KB/s (2.4x) As you can see I have tried several times to complete the finalisation but got an incomplete disk burn... however the disk can be read by windows and software but my dvd player and recorder is more sensitive and gets picky when changing over from 1st layer to second layer when playing the disk... I'm not sure whether I am aloud to put the link containing the firmware for my Pioneer 111D on this forum (due to legalities) as it voids the drive's warranty but If you google for 'The Dangerous Brothers Presents' you should be able to get to the site from there...
