Dual layer ISO, MDS information

Hi,

I have been trying to search the forum, but I have not found the answer to the following:

 

If I create an ISO for a dual layer DVD (this will be data only, not video), Does the MDS file have layer break information in it? I figure it does, I would just like confirmation.
