Problem...too little info?

I have this problem with reading certain Dvd's while others are flawless.

 

Any ideas why?

 

I get the same with DVD decryptor only it gives me a EAccess=violation. AFter a few seconds it shuts down the software. Anything in Particular Im doin wrong. Did I give too little info? I cant get the log since it shuts the software down.
