Will this copy cd to cd?

Just have a question. I have not had time to really read hard but want to know if this program is able to copy cd to cd? I need something easy for when my wife wants to copy a cd for her car. Cds and thing sit out in the heat. No choice. We don't like to have the originals sit in the heat. If this does not do it, any suggestions?
