ImgBurn doesn't start

I just installed ImgBurn v2.3.0.0. It doesn't start. Error is:

Error reading mnuFile->Caption: System Error. Code 127.

 

My computer:

Athlon XP 1.6GHz

VIA KT600, VIA VT8237

256MB DDR

Primary master: Seagate ST3120026A

Primary slave: none

Secondary master: NEC ND-4570

Secondary slave: Teac CD-W524E

Windows 98 SE

Adaptec ASPI v4.71

Nero v6.6.1.4

InCD v4.3.23.2

I found the problem. It's not a bug in ImgBurn. There is an incompatibility with some other software I have installed.
