maxtri75 Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 Hi, very good job! Would be nice to have, like nero, the possibility to set short lead in/out to gain some MB... Thanks!
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 I've no idea what it even is! I don't control the size of the LeadIn / Out, the drive does it.

Using nero (and I don't want to use anymore that elephant!!!), in the option panel you can find a check box that says "create short lead-in/out" and a comment that says that in this way you gain some MB (I don't remember now, but around 15 MB). I'm using this feature since some months (Nero 6.1.15) and it works: you can burn CDs with ~715 MB of data inside instead of ~702. Since I would like to use your nice SW from now on (I discovered it yesterday evening!) would be great to have also this nice feature...
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 That's probably writing in RAW mode or something (rather than TAO / SAO / Incremental). ImgBurn doesn't do that, it always uses SAO for CD. As such, I'm afraid that option doesn't apply.
maxtri75 Posted April 2, 2007 Author Posted April 2, 2007 Normally I use DAO (sorry, but I'm not expert on TAO, SAO etc. ), never multisession. Anyway, never mind! I will try your SW for a while and if I like it I will make a donation.
