tyee Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 I'm trying to burn a nero .nrg file that was created on the avs forum. It's an image for the latest firmware for the Toshiba XA2 HD-DVD player. It can be downloaded from here -- http://avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?...age=1&pp=30 I do not want to install Nero! Please take a look at it and see what's wrong. Imgburn says this when I try to load it --- Invalid or unsupported format. Thanks
mmalves Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Which one: 'U.S. A2 1.2 NRG file (ripped by Litespeed)' or 'U.S. XA2 1.3 NRG file (ripped by scorpion90)'?
tyee Posted April 6, 2007 Author Posted April 6, 2007 Yes, it's the second one you mentioned -- U.S. XA2 1.3 NRG file (ripped by scorpion90 tyee
mmalves Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 ImgBurn is unable to open 'U.S. A2 1.2 NRG file (ripped by Litespeed)' too. By the way, did you check your image against the MD5 hash given in the page? Flashing firmware is always dangerous, so ensure you have the original image
tyee Posted April 7, 2007 Author Posted April 7, 2007 yes, I checked the MD5 hash and it was correct.
