maddog6375 Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 iv got a film that is in a mkv file how would i go about burning this to a verbatim dual layer disc i ask this as the file is 7,675,533 kb long its just iv never come across this kind of file hope some1 can help many thanx oh ps if so how do you sort layer break??
mmalves Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 Follow this guide: ImgBurn Build Mode Notice that this will create a data DVD with your MKV inside. But, if you want to burn a disc that will play on any DVD player, you'll first need to convert that MKV to DVD-Video. You can find guides for this conversion at VideoHelp.com Layer break for data DVDs is calculated automatically, and only for DVD-Video you'll have to choose an optimal layer break.
