Filter Drivers Tool doesn't appear on WinNT

Possibly this isn't a bug with ImgBurn, but with WinNT. The "Filter Drivers Load Order" option doesn't show up on any (I have three that just won't die!) of my NT machines. Is this an issue with NT not supporting Filter Drivers or should it be there. It seems fine on XP.

It's on purpose. The feature is only available on XP and above.
