I/O Error

Just lately I have been having problems with Img Burn, it takes several minutes for the img to be begin burning.... and quite often it will error when trying to finalize... The latest burn session is below, any ideas would be appreciated...

its most likely a case of that drive not liking the media, have you any other blank media you can try ?

also a slower burn sped may help

 

see if you can find a firmware update for that drive GWA-4165B . its in a dell or an HP maybe ?, as its not a boxed retail drive . the retail version was a GSA-4165B NOTE the differant letters

 

the GSA version is firmware DL05 , so theres probably a "DG" prefixed update about somewhere ( your on DG01 firmware version at the moment). Look on the computers manufacturers web site first for any updates.

 

what make of PC is this drive in ?
