Need help with DVD Burn

I am burning a movie and used DVD Shrink to get onto the hard drive. How do I get it into ImgBurn to burn it?? I get an error when I try and burn it. The error says:

 

ISO Write mode is for burning disc images, not VIDEO_TS files.

Switch to ISO Build mode, add your VIDEO_TS folder to the list and then create an image.

If you don't know what you're doing, read some guides.

If you don't, you'll end up creating coasters!
