and yet another I/O error

happens occasionaly but it happens, this latest one is right after the dvd+r dl is complete, it cannot finallise disc... heres my log

Change to Verbatims. MKM-001s. Burn at 2.4x. Or even slower from your USB burner.

normally with those disc's that would read 0x

40x on DL Riteks Sounds like a fw update is the absolute minimum requirement and then get the only decent Dual layer discs as per blu's post above.
