When writing DVD to my harddrive.. how do I make the filesize smaller using ImgBurn?

I'm not wanting to burn straight onto disc just yet, but I would like the film to be smaller in size on the hard drive rather than a huge 7 GB.

 

Any help?

As donta said above you will need to look elsewhere as it's not something ImgBurn was ever intended to do.
