volume lock

I keep getting this message when trying to burn a dual layer.Burner was fine earlier in the day.

 

DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed! - Reason: Access is denied.

 

My device is :Destination Device: [1:0:0] PHILIPS DVD+-RW SDVD8441 P646 (E:) (ATA).
