how do you burn .vobs from .iso

I am attempting to burn a .iso to a dvd video. e.g Video_ts with .vob files ....

 

I cannot seem to get ImageBurn to do this

I looked at this but all I get on the DVd is 78 Filename.r00 - filename.78 files. There is no DVD structure to the outputted dvd.

Excellent - Job done - Seems the rar extractor I was using was not good enough and did not build or combine all the parts correctly
