LOCOENG Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 Something has got it's tentacles wrapped around your drive and won't let go....you can reboot to unlock it or go through all your processes and try and locate the program that is tied to the drive and kill it. I have ignored the error in the past and continued with no problems, but I don't think that is a recommended action. E 22:12:45 Failed to Reserve Track! - Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format This is your real problem... I 22:11:36 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: CMC MAG. AM3) Get rid of the Memosux and get some Verbatims or Taiyo Yuden... I 22:11:36 Destination Device: [0:0:0] _NEC DVD+-RW ND-3450A 102B (D:) (ATA) ...and update your firmware while your at it. 1.WB RPC1 from here: http://liggydee.cdfreaks.com/page/en/NEC-ND-3540A/
