Can IMGburn straight up burn files?

i read on wikipedia that img burn can straight up burn like rar files and be an information dvd, but it says this file isnt supported ors omething when i try it.

so yeah i dunno if im doing something wrong or thats wrong as well

It burns 'files' in build mode.

 

It won't take a RAR file and burn the contents of it, it'll burn the RAR itself.
