extracting .vob files

i've been using dvd dicrypter for a looong time and it recently came to my attention that imgburn is it's substitute

now this might sound a little stupid but..

how the heck do i extract the .vob files from a disc

To clarify - ImgBurn is a burning program, not a decrypting one.
