I/O error trying to burn DVD+R DL

Here is my log file. Hope someone can tell me how to solve this issue.

 

It's the first time I try to burn a Dual Layer DVD. And it wont work. I added my logfile as an attachment

Update your drives firmware to 2.1B and buy some decent Verbatim DVD+R DL media. The other brands are useless.

If that doesn't work, buy a new drive.

I used a Memorex DVD+R DL 2.4x and it burned well and also plays well on my dvd player (Oppo)
