Device Not Ready Error

Hello,

 

Until just recently I have been unable to burn with ImgBurn. Please see the error message in the screenshot below.

 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Have you changed type and/or brand of media lately? Is it single or dual-layer? Also, make sure you're using the latest firmware available for your burner.

No I have not changed type or brand of media and yes I have the latest firmware installed.

Can windows read disks in the drive? Does any other program have a hold of the drive? Tried a reboot?
